Let customers request account deletion directly from their customer account page. This app adds a self-service profile block where customers can submit deletion requests that you can either approve automatically or review individually. Set cancellation periods from 0 to 30 days and track every request through a dedicated dashboard showing statuses and available actions. The app handles account cancellation for profiles without orders and walks you through Shopify's personal data erasure process when order records need to stay. Choose flexible cancellation periods of 0, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days based on your needs. Send optional completion emails to keep customers informed, with ready-made translations included for customer-facing content.
