About the Net Vantage: Net Terms Ledger
Net Vantage adds the accounts receivable tracking layer that Shopify's native payment terms feature is missing. This app helps merchants manage credit limits, monitor outstanding balances, and track aging across all customers offering Net 30 or other deferred payment terms.
Set individual credit limits for each customer or apply a shop-wide default. The app automatically tracks every payment terms order and displays your full A/R dashboard with aging buckets organized by customer. You'll see inline warnings directly on the Draft Order page when an order would exceed a customer's credit limit or when they have overdue invoices.
Built specifically for non-Plus merchants on Basic, Standard, and Advanced Shopify plans who need better control over their accounts receivable. View lifetime payment statistics for each customer including payment count, late count, and average days late to make informed credit decisions.
