This app allows customers to edit their orders within a time window you define, helping reduce support requests and prevent post-purchase errors. You control exactly what customers can change - whether that's shipping address, product quantity, variants, or adding new items to their order. Orders are automatically placed on hold during the edit window to prevent early fulfillment. Once customers make their changes or the time window expires, orders are released automatically. Optional email notifications keep both you and your customers informed about order updates and modifications.
