Milly replaces your standard search box with AI-powered search and chat that helps shoppers find products faster. When customers search your store, they see a results grid alongside an AI assistant that understands what they actually mean and recommends real products from your catalog. The AI chat reads product titles, descriptions, tags, variant options, and metafields to answer questions and suggest items that keyword search alone would miss. This means fewer empty searches when shoppers use different words than what's in your product listings. Search results and AI chat appear together in one popup, making it easy for customers to browse and ask questions at the same time. You can customize the assistant's name, avatar, tone of voice, and popup colors to match your brand. The app searches across products, collections, pages, and blog articles all at once, and includes an Analytics dashboard to track search and AI chat click-through rates.
