Über LSC ‑ Login & Shop as Customer

The Login as a Customer app lets merchants securely access their store from a customer's perspective to review the shopping experience and troubleshoot issues faster. Shop as a customer to see exactly what they see on the storefront, including customer-facing pages and settings. Configure automated security alert emails that notify customers when an admin logs into their account. Customize these notification emails with customer name, store name, and session time. Set up Gmail SMTP settings for reliable email delivery. Control customer access with automatic session timeout durations. Personalize the revert banner by adjusting text, colors, button style, and placement to match your store's branding. This app simplifies customer support by allowing you to fix customer issues directly while logged in as them, improving the overall customer journey and making store management more efficient.
