About the KK Order Editing

KK Order Editing gives customers the ability to edit orders after checkout through a self-service portal. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, swap products, apply discounts, or cancel orders without contacting support. Merchants control which edits are allowed and set custom time windows for post-checkout changes. The app includes one-click upsells for both pre-purchase and post-purchase, with Klaviyo email integration to increase order value.
