K1 Photo Upload File Manager lets customers attach files, photos, and any file type to products. Built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified Cloudflare R2 storage, every upload is automatically virus-scanned for security. Files are protected with AES-256 encryption and stored privately with bearer-token access only. The app supports resumable uploads up to 1 GB that survive connection drops without losing progress. Configure upload fields per product, variant, or collection with customizable widget design and translations. Set file requirements and automatically tag orders containing uploaded files. GDPR-compliant with hourly encrypted offsite backups and 30-day retention to keep your customer data safe and recoverable.
