JP CSV Fixer

JP CSV Fixer converts Shopify order CSV files into formats compatible with Japanese shipping carriers (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post) and Microsoft Excel. This utility app automatically fixes common formatting issues including character encoding problems, postal codes, phone numbers, and prefecture names. The app handles character code conversion between UTF-8 and Shift_JIS to prevent garbled text when opening files in Excel. It standardizes postal codes to 107-0033 format and phone numbers to 090-1234-5678 format. Prefecture names are automatically converted from English (Tokyo) to Japanese (東京都). Multiple product line items are consolidated into single order rows for cleaner shipping CSV files. Privacy-focused design ensures customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and order details are processed in memory only—no data is permanently stored on servers or sent to AI APIs. The app requires only read_orders permission and does not request customer contact scope.
