About the EU Widerruf by Guru

EU Widerruf by Guru helps Shopify merchants handle EU withdrawal requests in a legally compliant way. Customers can submit their Widerrufsanträge directly through a form in your shop, accessible via a footer button or floating button. Once submitted, customers automatically receive an email confirmation with their withdrawal ID. All withdrawal requests appear in your admin dashboard, showing customer name, email, order number, and product details. Merchants can mark requests as completed or delete them in accordance with DSGVO requirements. The app includes AVV & AGB onboarding for GDPR compliance from day one. Button colors and texts are customizable through the Theme Editor. One-time license fee of 15 EUR with no monthly subscription required.
