About the GateKit
GateKit helps age-restricted stores verify visitors before they browse your shop. Choose from three verification methods: date-of-birth entry, confirmation buttons, or a simple checkbox. Set your minimum age requirement and decide how long to remember verified visitors, from one day up to 365 days.
Customize the age gate to match your brand by editing the storefront text and choosing your accent color. Desktop and mobile previews let you see exactly how the gate will look before going live.
Installation is simple through a Theme App Extension, so you won't need to edit any theme code. Birth dates are evaluated directly in the visitor's browser and never stored on GateKit servers, keeping customer data private.
