About the FulfillRelay
FulfillRelay connects Shopify merchants with their existing suppliers to manage order fulfillment efficiently. Map product variants to supplier SKUs and costs, then route paid order lines directly to the right suppliers. Suppliers get a restricted workboard to accept orders and provide tracking updates without accessing your retail store. The app collects partial or complete tracking information and automatically updates Shopify fulfillment records. Handle exceptions and coordinate return responsibility between you and your suppliers. Prepare supplier payment batches as Draft Orders in the supplier's own Shopify store, using their payment gateway for checkout. Merchants maintain full control over fulfillment decisions and financial processes while working seamlessly with trusted suppliers.
