About the EU Withdrawal Button
This app helps online shops comply with EU Directive 2023/2673 by adding the legally required withdrawal button and form. From June 19, 2026, all online stores selling to EU consumers must offer an electronic withdrawal function.
The app implements the mandatory two-step withdrawal process without any coding needed. A visible button opens a withdrawal form where customers can submit their requests. The system automatically verifies order numbers and sends confirmation emails to customers as proof of their withdrawal request.
Shop owners can manage everything directly in their Shopify admin panel. You can set withdrawal statuses, track all requests, and export records as CSV or PDF files for documentation purposes. The withdrawal form is automatically available in 8 languages for your customers.
Setup takes just one click through the Theme Editor, making it easy to meet EU compliance requirements and provide the required withdrawal function to your customers.
