AI automatically redacts personal data, classifies withdrawal reasons, and summarizes each request. Every withdrawal turns into a tracked case in Shopify admin where you can review, approve or decline requests, and send status emails to customers.
The app syncs withdrawal cases with Shopify Returns and verifies ownership by email. An append-only audit trail logs every action for compliance, and you can export a PDF withdrawal file when needed.
