About the ShipCancel
ShipCancel connects your Shopify store with ShipBob to let customers cancel their own orders before they ship. The app adds a cancel button with countdown timer directly on the Order Status page, giving shoppers control over their purchase.
When a customer clicks cancel, ShipCancel checks the ShipBob shipment status in real-time to verify if cancellation is still possible. If the order meets your configured cancellation rules, the app automatically cancels the ShipBob shipment, cancels the Shopify order, issues a refund, and tags the order for your records.
The merchant dashboard includes an activity log so you can track all cancellation requests. Configure your own cancellation rules to balance customer flexibility with your fulfillment workflow.
