Ealyx integrates trade-in functionality directly into your Shopify storefront, allowing customers to exchange their used products for instant purchasing power. Shoppers can select a second-hand item they own, receive a real-time valuation, and apply that value as a discount toward their new purchase. Merchants configure valuation rules to control which products are eligible for trade-in and set their values. Customer payment is released only after the used item is shipped and verified. The back office provides centralized management of eligible products, valuation rules, and trade-in order tracking, making it simple to oversee the entire process from start to finish.
