About the DepositDesk
DepositDesk allows you to accept partial deposits at checkout and automatically collect the remaining balance — no manual invoicing or second checkout required. Customers can reserve products by paying a deposit, while you collect the balance when it's due.
Set up deposit payments as a percentage or fixed amount on any product in just a few clicks. Choose when the balance is due: a specific number of days after checkout, on a set date, or when you fulfill the order.
The balance is automatically charged to the card saved at checkout through your existing payment gateway. If a payment declines, DepositDesk automatically retries and sends email notifications to the customer, ensuring you get paid without extra work.
