DelayRadar monitors your shipments after fulfillment and detects delivery exceptions before customers reach out to support. Using real-time carrier data, it identifies delays, stalled packages, and lost-in-transit issues, then risk-scores each exception so you can prioritize what needs attention first. Get email alerts for critical shipments and Slack notifications for urgent exceptions.
