Croshield protects your store from discount code abuse and helps maintain healthy profit margins. The app scans your order history from the last 60 days to identify customers who have already misused discount codes. It ensures one-time welcome codes stay single-use and prevents customers from exploiting the same discount repeatedly.
You can set strict usage limits per IP address, allowing codes to be used only 2 or 3 times maximum. When abuse is detected, Croshield automatically removes the discount from checkout. This protection is especially valuable during high-traffic sales events like Black Friday, keeping your margins safe when it matters most. The monitoring dashboard lets you track discount usage metrics and see how much revenue you've saved by blocking abuse.
