About the Verifyio ‑ COD Voice Verify

Verifyio uses AI voice calls to verify Cash on Delivery orders and reduce RTO rates caused by fake COD orders. When a customer places a COD order, the app automatically detects it and calls them to confirm purchase details. The AI voice agent verifies order information and updates your Shopify admin in real-time. Confirmed orders get tagged for fulfillment, while unconfirmed or rejected orders are flagged so you can cancel before shipping.
