ClassKit helps merchants sell recurring group classes like yoga, dance, and fitness sessions with proper capacity management. Unlike typical booking apps designed for one-on-one appointments, this app handles classes that many people share together.
Each class operates as a session with its own shared roster and set capacity limit. You set up the repeating schedule once, and the app automatically generates all sessions for the entire term. Customers can browse available class times on a calendar in your store and book through normal checkout.
The app prevents overselling by enforcing capacity limits on every class. When classes fill up, an automatic waitlist kicks in and fills freed seats without manual work. You can cancel or reschedule entire date ranges at once, perfect for handling holiday breaks. If you need to cancel a class, refunds are processed automatically.
