Chargewood automatically builds chargeback responses from your order data before each dispute deadline. The app pulls evidence from orders, fulfillment records, buyer details, and previous undisputed transactions to create complete responses for every disputed payment.
Each chargeback gets a fight or fold verdict with clear reasoning, helping you decide which disputes are worth contesting. The app supports Compelling Evidence 3.0 matching and shows time remaining on every deadline so nothing gets missed.
Submission happens automatically on supported payment processors. For Shopify Payments, Chargewood prepares the finished response for you to submit manually from your admin since it requires special permissions. The app uses read-only access—no API keys to paste and nothing written back to your store.
