Chargeback Buddy helps merchants manage disputes from a single workspace. The app syncs Shopify Payments disputes and deadlines automatically, keeping everything organized in one place. It collects order details, payment records, customer information, fulfillment data, refunds, and policy documents to build comprehensive evidence packages. Merchants get response drafts they can review before submission, maintaining full control over every dispute. All evidence is exportable and ready to support your chargeback responses. Note that automatic dispute sync requires Shopify Payments.
