CartStar replaces your theme's cart with a customizable slide-out cart drawer featuring product recommendations, progress bars, and upsell opportunities. The app shows customers their progress toward free shipping, free gifts, or percentage discounts right in the cart.
Product recommendations are based on what customers actually buy together, helping increase order value naturally. The free gift feature runs on a Shopify Function, preventing customers from reaching thresholds by adding the gift itself.
After checkout, CartStar offers one more upsell that charges the same card, adding accepted items directly to the order customers just placed. This post-purchase upsell creates a seamless way to raise order value without disrupting the shopping experience.
The cart drawer works alongside your existing theme cart or replaces it completely. Customize colors, fonts, corner radius, and layout through dedicated controls with a live preview of your drawer displayed beside them.
