About the CapiSync

CapiSync sends your Shopify purchase events directly to Meta Conversions API from your server, helping you overcome browser tracking limitations and improve ad attribution. When customers complete orders, their purchase data is automatically transmitted to Meta in real time, including hashed customer information, order values, and product details. The app bypasses browser-based tracking gaps by using server-side event transmission, ensuring Meta receives accurate conversion data for your advertising campaigns. You can monitor every event sent to Meta with complete delivery status and order details. If orders are missing customer information, the app delays transmission until those details are added, maintaining data quality.
