BuyerClear verifies wholesale buyer licenses directly from state registers while your team reviews applications. The app looks up license numbers in real-time from authorities in Connecticut, Delaware, New York, and Texas, covering 203 license classes automatically. For other states, it provides direct links to official lookup tools.
Your staff see the license holder name, class, status, and expiry date from the register alongside what the buyer entered. They approve or decline each application right in Shopify admin. Once approved, Shopify automatically creates the company profile and grants access to your B2B trade catalog.
The app monitors license status and alerts you about expiries or register changes before buyers place orders. All documents, decisions, and reviewer information are stored and exportable for each buyer. Requires a Shopify plan with B2B functionality.
