This app helps stores recover lost repeat revenue by making reorders simple for customers. When shoppers forget to reorder, can't find their previous purchases, or abandon their cart, you lose sales. The solution gives customers a 1-click reorder experience right in their account.
Customers can quickly reorder with options to edit quantity, add line item properties, order notes, or set up subscriptions. Automated reorder reminders go out at the perfect time—whether customer-defined, usage-based, or AI-based—to bring shoppers back when they need to replenish.
A dedicated reorder page displays all previously bought products in one place, including out-of-stock items, so customers see their complete order history. The app also shows a "previously bought" badge to remind customers of past purchases.
