RepHQ provides a dedicated B2B sales rep portal that lets your sales team onboard customers and place orders without accessing your Shopify admin. Sales reps can add new customers, build orders for any customer or company, apply custom pricing or company rates, set payment terms, and process payments, send invoices, or submit orders for approval. The app automatically credits every order to the correct rep based on their handle or assigned territory. Commissions are calculated and tracked automatically, including multi-level tiered payouts for reps and managers. Per-rep permissions ensure each sales rep only sees their own customers, orders, and commission data.
