AskUs helps you answer product questions and manage FAQs directly on your storefront. Shoppers get clear answers without leaving the product page through a customizable widget that displays searchable Q&A and brand FAQs. Manage all customer questions from one inbox where you can moderate submissions, save answer drafts, and control what gets published. Import your existing questions and answers from CSV files with preview and rollback options to avoid conflicts. You can also export your Q&A data as CSV on Growth and Scale plans. When shoppers ask questions, they can request email notifications when you respond, keeping their contact details private while still getting the answers they need. The widget integrates seamlessly into your store admin for easy management.
