About the ApprovePilot
ApprovePilot adds the missing front door to Shopify's B2B wholesale capabilities by letting buyers apply for wholesale accounts directly on your storefront. Customers submit their business details, tax ID, and resale certificates through a simple application form. You can vet applicants using EU VAT VIES checks, official registry verification, and duplicate alerts. Approve applications in one click and the B2B company, contact, location, and payment terms are automatically created in your Shopify admin. The app includes a certificate vault with expiry reminders and maintains a complete audit trail for each application. Preview everything before creation to avoid duplicates. No access to your orders, products, or checkout is required.
