About the Alameen Protect
Alameen Protect provides per-order parcel insurance for Shopify merchants, covering loss, theft, breakage, and tampering. Each order can be insured with coverage underwritten by Pakistan General Insurance (PGI). Merchants choose between two coverage tiers: Standard protects against loss, theft, and breakage, while Enhanced adds tamper protection with a dispatch-proof workflow over WhatsApp. The app integrates directly into your Shopify admin, where you can view insured orders, coverage status, and shipment progress. Insure orders individually or protect multiple orders at once from your order list.
