About the EU Withdrawal Button

EU Withdrawal Copilot helps stores comply with EU Directive 2023/2673 by adding a withdrawal button and no-login form to your storefront in EU languages. Shoppers can submit withdrawal requests without logging in, and each request becomes a tracked case in Shopify admin. AI automatically redacts personal data, classifies withdrawal reasons, and summarizes each request. Review cases directly in admin, approve or decline them, and send status email updates to customers. The app syncs withdrawal cases with Shopify Returns and verifies ownership by email. Every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail, and you can export a PDF withdrawal file for your records. A guided setup wizard walks you through configuration. This app supports your EU withdrawal process but does not provide legal advice.
