You'll manage everything from a central dashboard where you can approve or reject requests, add admin notes, and track the complete history of each case. Built-in analytics let you monitor withdrawal rates, revenue loss, and identify your most-returned items through visual charts. Configure your own eligibility periods to match both store policy and legal standards—the default is set to 14 days as required by EU law. The app integrates with Shopify Flow and FlowSend for transactional emails.
