About the EU Withdrawal Form

This app provides an EU-compliant withdrawal form that meets the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83) requirements. Customers can submit withdrawal requests directly in your storefront using the Theme Block feature. The 14-day withdrawal period starts automatically from the last shipment date. Unshipped items get cancelled while shipped orders receive return requests. Merchants can manage all withdrawal requests through a dedicated dashboard that integrates with the order detail page. Email notifications keep both you and your customers informed throughout the process. You can exclude certain products like hygiene or personalized items from withdrawals, enable email verification, and customize the form design. The app supports multiple languages to serve your international customers across the EU market.
