About the Duty Diligence: Landed Margin
Duty Diligence calculates US import duty and landed margin for every product variant in your Shopify store. The app reads the price, cost, HS code, and country of origin you already maintain in Shopify to determine the effective duty rate and margin for each item.
Import duty rates are rebuilt twice daily from the official USITC tariff schedule, CBP data, and Federal Register sources. Each figure displays its source and verification date. The app cross-checks rates two independent ways, flagging any unresolved items for review instead of showing uncertain data as confirmed.
When tariff rates change due to trade actions, the dashboard highlights which variants are affected. A coverage report shows which variants can be analyzed and identifies any missing fields. The margin snapshot displays price, cost, duty, and landed margin per variant. No setup required—works automatically with your existing Shopify product data.
