About the RefundAudit

RefundAudit provides merchants with a complete audit trail for every refund in their store. The app automatically imports the last 60 days of refund history and tracks all new refunds by staff actor and channel from installation forward. Each refund entry shows the amount, order details, timestamp, actor, channel, and notes in an easy-to-read feed. Merchants can label staff actors and review channel rollups to spot refund patterns quickly. The app includes explainable review flags that highlight unusual refund activity, helping you maintain oversight. Weekly audit digests deliver key metrics including totals, coverage stats, top actors and channels, plus one review flag. Export audit fields to CSV anytime for deeper analysis. RefundAudit is visibility-only and maintains a bounded refund projection, giving you the refund tracking and accountability tools you need without modifying your store operations.
