About the ProfitDeck True Profit P&L

ProfitDeck calculates true profit per order by tracking real landed costs, gateway fees, and margin-breaking discounts. The app prices each purchase order line by line, factoring in supplier cost at payment-date FX rates, freight by weight, and duty at each SKU's HS rate. Every order generates a complete profit and loss statement where each number shows its calculation. Critical alerts flag discount codes selling below cost and SKUs that drop under margin floors. Features include a PO builder with CSV import, a margin table for pre-discount analysis, and Slack alerts plus daily digests to catch margin breaches immediately.
