About the Munafa ‑ True Profit Tracker

Shopify's default dashboard counts every order as revenue the moment it's placed, but for cash-on-delivery merchants, that's misleading. A COD order is just a promise until it's delivered, and returned parcels cost you shipping both ways while earning nothing. Munafa calculates your true net profit per order using real costs: product cost, shipping, packaging, gateway fees, COD fees, and return shipping. COD revenue only counts when actually delivered, so promises never inflate your profit numbers. RTO losses are tracked automatically, including both shipping legs plus packaging costs.
