About the Oditto

Oditto helps Bulgarian online stores comply with Ordinance Н-18 and National Revenue Agency (НАП) requirements without manual work. The app automatically converts paid Shopify orders into validated SAF-T audit XML files that meet NRA schema standards. It generates digital receipts with QR verification links and sends them directly to customers. Refunds are automatically processed as credit notes, and multi-currency transactions calculate at official BNB rates. The compliance dashboard monitors your store's health, flagging missing receipts or unsynced orders before you submit files to НАП. Scheduled generation aligns with the mandatory 1st–15th submission window. All audit files are validated before download to prevent filing errors.
