This app enriches B2B customer records with official company data from registries and handles VAT exemptions for both cross-border and domestic transactions. It performs live VIES checks to verify VAT numbers before exempting qualifying B2B customers, creating an auditor-ready trail that covers you under EU reverse-charge rules. Each customer gets enriched with legal company name, registry status, and industry classification. The app automatically segments buyers into b2b-verified and b2b-review groups, letting you route risky accounts for manual review. All verified VAT numbers and company data are written to metafields, making them ready for invoicing and PEPPOL integration.
