B2B Onboard automates wholesale registration and customer onboarding for Shopify merchants. Buyers complete the registration form, and the app automatically verifies EU VAT, UK VAT, Australian ABN, and NZ NZBN tax IDs. Once verified, B2B accounts can auto-approve themselves, creating Shopify B2B companies and customers without manual work. The app handles tax exemptions automatically, applying EU/UK reverse charge rules and US resale exemptions based on covered states. AI technology reads resale certificates and exemption documents, including multi-state forms. The drag-and-drop registration forms adapt to each buyer's country for a seamless experience. The Company Hub manages KYB checks, trade credit applications, and e-signed agreements. Certificate renewal reminders go out automatically, and buyers can renew through a dedicated portal.
