Über Dynamic Forms: Custom UI

Dynamic Forms helps merchants create custom branded forms that capture secure submissions directly to their inbox. The app handles form submissions with backend processing, server-side data validation, and secure storage accessible within your Shopify admin. Merchants can accept file attachments including images, audio, and video uploads through their custom storefront UI. All form submissions trigger email notifications to designated recipients with optional CC/BCC functionality. Eligible plans support custom SMTP configuration for email delivery. The app provides a clean dashboard inside Shopify admin where you can manage, filter, and export all submissions. Dynamic Forms processes your custom form data while you maintain complete control over your storefront design and user experience.
