About the Green Claims Guard

From 27 September 2026, the EU bans generic environmental claims and offset-based climate claims. Germany has already legislated this under UWG (BGBl. 2026 I Nr. 43). This app scans your products, collections, pages and articles in English and German to flag green-claim wording before the ban takes effect. Every finding identifies the exact provision it cites, so you know which rule applies. The German pack covers inflected wording with UWG paragraph references, while the US pack checks Made in USA origin claims under 16 CFR Part 323. Test it free at greenclaims.momiji-space.com to scan any page. The app records wording, not legality, and includes an evidence vault, CSV export, monitoring tools and printable reports.
