TermForge lets customers place a deposit at checkout for big-ticket items, custom products, and B2B orders — then automatically collects the balance when you fulfill. Set percentage or fixed deposit amounts on any product or collection. No manual invoicing or chasing payments needed. Perfect for furniture stores, made-to-order goods, and wholesale businesses. The app captures balance payments through your own payment gateway when orders ship. Built-in dunning handles failed charges with automatic retries and reminders. Includes Request a Quote functionality: B2B buyers submit quote requests to your inbox, you price them in one screen, and send a checkout link. Balance collection happens automatically on fulfillment. Card data never gets stored by the app — everything processes securely through your existing gateway.
