Cash on Delivery orders create major return-to-origin losses for online stores. CODFLIP helps convert risky COD orders into prepaid payments by offering customers a per-order discount to switch. The discount amount is automatically calculated based on shipping rate, profit margin, delivery destination, and customer history. After checkout, customers receive an automated WhatsApp message with a prepaid payment link. You can verify customer phone numbers with OTP before accepting COD orders. The Partial COD feature lets customers pay part upfront and the rest on delivery, or you can add a COD handling fee that gets waived when they switch to prepaid.
