About the Layaway: Reserve & Deposit

This app adds a complete layaway system to your Shopify POS. Staff can reserve products directly from the POS cart, locking inventory for specific customers. Collect an optional deposit upfront to create a Shopify order instantly, then track partial payments over time at POS. Set custom hold periods with auto-expiry—when a layaway expires, reserved stock is automatically restored to your inventory. Send email notifications to remind customers before their layaway period ends. The centralized dashboard gives you multi-location visibility across all active layaways, making it easy to manage reserves and deposits from one place. Perfect for retailers who want to offer flexible payment options while maintaining control over inventory and tracking customer commitments.
