About the StockPilot ‑ Low Stock Alerts

StockPilot monitors every tracked variant at each location and sends low stock alerts the moment inventory drops below your threshold. Set thresholds as fixed quantities or use days-of-cover calculations based on real sales velocity. Receive alerts by email and Slack without alert storms—one open alert per item that resolves automatically, plus a daily digest. Create one rule per supplier so new products are watched from day one. The restock page suggests order quantities grouped by vendor with CSV export. Setup takes 3 minutes with automatic inventory import, no theme code required.
