Keystone Inventory turns your Shopify sales data into smart ordering decisions. It tracks how fast each product sells, factors in supplier lead times, case packs and safety stock, then tells you exactly what to reorder and when — keeping your best sellers in stock without tying up cash in overstock. The app calculates demand forecasting with reorder points, days of cover, and suggested order quantities. Set per-product costs, suppliers, lead times, case packs and target cover levels to get accurate recommendations across your whole inventory at a glance. When it's time to order, select products and Keystone builds purchase orders grouped by supplier. Create, authorise, send and receive deliveries directly in the app. Accepted stock automatically pushes back to your Shopify inventory, keeping everything in sync. Perfect for managing stock taking and bundles while preventing stockouts.
