CountHound automatically restocks inventory that wasn't restored after a refund or cancellation. When orders are refunded or cancelled, the restock step is often missed, causing your inventory counts to drift low while stock sits unsold. This app watches every refund and cancellation, restocks what was missed automatically, and logs each correction with the reason and counts before and after. A nightly reconciliation checks every product for unexplained inventory changes, flagging issues for your review. You'll receive an email the moment a correction happens, plus a weekly summary of all activity—even when nothing was wrong. Every check is logged to keep the work visible and auditable. CountHound never overstates your stock, as each correction is applied only once, helping you maintain accurate inventory counts.
