About the SmartOffer ‑ Cart Recovery

SmartOffer is a cart recovery app that protects your profit margins while winning back abandoned carts. It tracks cart abandonment using Shopify's native Web Pixel, then scores each session based on cart value and customer engagement. Before sending any discount offer, SmartOffer checks your product COGS and Days of Supply data against your minimum margin floor. Only profit-safe discounts that meet your margin requirements get approved. The app syncs COGS directly and supports CSV fallback for missing cost data. When an offer is approved, SmartOffer creates a unique single-use discount code and sends recovery emails directly through Resend. You can configure VIP thresholds for high-value customers and prioritize overstocked items with days-of-supply aware offers. Installation is simple with one-click pixel setup—no code edits required.
