About the Review Pulse

Review Pulse helps Shopify merchants collect and display product reviews automatically. After order fulfillment, customers receive branded email requests inviting them to leave reviews with photos. The app shows reviews on your storefront through star ratings, review lists, carousels, and trust badges. You can moderate reviews with auto-approve rules and respond to customer feedback directly. The dashboard tracks ratings, sentiment, and review volume to monitor trends. Import existing reviews easily via CSV to get started quickly.
